This page explains what Revify (Westgård Enterprises, org. no. 930 545 066, Indra Rabbavika 14, 5397, Austevoll, Norway) processes when you visit our site, request a free website preview, or communicate with us or our AI assistant. Short version: we collect what you give us, we use it to deliver what you asked for, and we never sell it.

Controller and scope

Westgård Enterprises is the controller for Revify's own website, sales, outreach, account and support processing. When Revify Flow processes a client's customer data under that client's instructions, the client is normally the controller and Revify acts as its processor under the applicable order and data-processing terms.

What we collect

Preview requests: company name, trade, your name, email, phone and anything you write in the form. We use it to design your preview, contact you about it, and follow up.

Business outreach: if we contact you about your company, we keep the business contact details and source we used, campaign and delivery records, replies, and suppression or unsubscribe status. We use those records to run and measure the outreach, route replies to a human, and make sure we do not contact an address that has opted out.

Conversations:messages you exchange with our AI assistant (chat, SMS or phone) are stored so we can continue the conversation, hand it to a human, and improve our service. AI responses are generated by Anthropic's Claude; your messages are processed for that purpose. Revify Flow's phone assistant identifies itself as AI before the conversation starts. It does not record call audio. Speech is transcribed, the retention period is disclosed on the call, and an automated retention job removes expired voice transcripts.

Site analytics:first-party and cookie-free. We log session-scoped events (pages, clicks, scroll depth, visit duration, device and rough region) to understand what works. We do not use that analytics stream for cross-site tracking. Optional Meta advertising measurement runs only after you choose “Accept all” in our privacy control. For a submitted preview request, that may send Meta hashed contact details plus browser and network metadata so the browser and server events can be measured and deduplicated. You can withdraw that choice from the cookie-settings button on the preview page; future Meta measurement will then stay off.

Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card details. For Revify Flow clients, we store the connected Stripe account identifier, onboarding and capability state, payment-request details, payment status, refunds, disputes and payout status so the business can operate and reconcile its customer payments. Identity documents and bank details are collected by Stripe.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run Revify: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (transactional email), Smartlead (outreach delivery and replies), MillionVerifier (email-address verification), Twilio (SMS and phone), Vapi (voice-assistant orchestration when enabled), Anthropic (AI responses), Google (Calendar when a client connects it), Stripe (payments and connected-account onboarding), and Meta (lead forms, advertising operations, and optional advertising measurement). Which providers receive data depends on the feature you use.

Why we process it

Depending on the context, we process data to take steps you request before a contract, perform a contract, meet legal and accounting duties, protect Revify and its users, operate proportionate business-to-business outreach, or act on consent where consent is required. Optional advertising measurement is consent-based. You may object to legitimate-interest processing, and we stop direct marketing when you unsubscribe or object.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to show, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, or receive portable data where applicable. We answer verified requests without undue delay and normally within one month. EU/EEA visitors may complain to Datatilsynet; we honor the same practical requests from everyone else where we can.

Retention & security

We keep data as long as we have an active relationship or a legal reason, then delete it. Payment, refund and dispute records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Suppression records are retained as needed to make sure an opted-out address is not contacted again. Our primary application database is configured in an EU region. Some providers may process data in the United States or other countries under their contractual transfer safeguards. We use encryption in transit, provider-supported encryption at rest, access controls and audit records to protect it.
